Brother SE-350 problems with embroidery thread. Please help!?
my wife just got her new SE-350 Sewing Machine and tried to embroider a design-build in the menu. it is using 40 son embroidery polyester weight on top and the embroidery thread bobbin white wind that comes with the machine. tried to make a name on a body with black for the color but left the white bobbin thread in the design. full name, not only a part. used a little black on the principle that you can not even see unless you look at the back. please help. who is dying to use it. Thank you, we try a new needle. it is not using the bands or adhesive. You think maybe the problem is with the voltage setting. ideas? Thank you
